As a desi girl, one of my biggest makeup struggles growing up was finding the right foundation shade for my South Asian skin. Due to the lack of diverse shades, I often opted not to wear foundation, so you can imagine how happy I was when Rihanna launched Fenty Beauty back in 2017. Her ProFilt'r Foundation included 40 shades and paved the way for inclusive makeup, so I was more than delighted to try out one of the newest items in the 2021 beauty line.

I decided that the best way to test the Fenty Beauty Eaze Drop Blurring Skin Tint ($29.50) was to create an everyday makeup look and go about my daily routine. I kept track of three qualities over the course of the day, including the coverage, shade match, and the humidity, sweat and transfer resistant-formula.

My initial thought as I started my makeup routine was how breathable this product was on my skin. I am wearing the shade 14, and I used my fingers to blend and opted for medium coverage. Not only did the formula dry quickly but it also gave my skin a hydrated, glowy look. I immediately fell in love with it. This skin tint gave me the exact natural and airbrushed look that I like for a base. With summer approaching, I know this product is going to be an essential.

Here's what it looked like at 8 a.m.:

Initially, there was a slight white cast when I put it on, but after five minutes, the skin tint blended in perfectly. The QuickBlur complex evened out my skin and made my skin feel supple for the ultimate blurred effect.

 A midday update at 2 p.m.:

I ran a quick errand outside, which required that I put a face mask on, so I was really nervous about the aftermath. Lo and behold, this formula stayed in place. There was no transfer at all! I loved the medium coverage for my face and also added a little concealer in the under-eye area for extra coverage.

Post Zumba, I was a little shiny but that didn’t bother me given how well this formula lasted all day long. I highly recommend this product if you want to achieve the “no makeup” look. The best part of all is that this product stood up to the test in the three qualities I was looking out for.

Overall, I loved the formula and coverage of this skin tint. My favorite aspect about this product is how light-weight it is; it literally felt like I had nothing on my skin. Another perk is that it's also face mask proof. Most products always transfer to my face mask even after I use setting powder and spray, so I was very impressed by this quality. It truly lives up to the transfer-resistant description.

The shade matching process was also very easy. If you know your Pro Filt'r foundation shade, the conversion chart on the Fenty Beauty site helps match you to the right skin tint shade. If any of you are searching for a perfect skin tint that feels natural and gives you great coverage, the Fenty Beauty Eaze Drop Blurring Skin Tint is it!
